Together with Chris Bake&#8217;s Team Aqua, Vladimir Liubomirov&#8217;s Russian team finished the day with a 6-1 score line, but this was only enough to extend her lead in the overall championship to two points over second placed Artemis Racing.<\/p>\n<p>Racing took place off Marstrand on Sweden&#8217;s west coast initially under light winds and an overcast sky before the sun broke through and the wind built to 15 knots in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Local hosts Artemis Racing also had a stand-out day, losing their first two matches but following this up with five wins, while conversely Nico Poons&#8217; Charisma had an unbroken run of five wins but lost its last two.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"twitter-share\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?via=Every_sailrace\" class=\"twitter-share-button\">Tweet<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The opening day of the RC44 Marstrand Cup saw Bronenosec Sailing Team consolidate its lead at the top of the 2105 RC44 Match Racing championship.
